Hi all, I thought Id do a quick run through of an up to date morning skin care routine with you all that I do every day to keep my skin in tip top condition. As I’ve got older I have realised that my skin looks more even toned and supple the more religious my daily skin care routine is.
About a year ago I began to switch a lot of my skin care products to cleaner, more natural ingredient based ones because I felt my skin type was really sensitive and reacting to all the chemicals and synthetic lotions and potions I was using.
Over the years I’ve had a few professional Espa facials and loved them so much that when they recommended some of their balancing range products to me I thought i’d give them a go, and to my amazement suddenly my skin calmed down and was finally the skin I really wanted.
So this is my usual morning routine using all my favourite products in a step by step guide.
Step 1, To cleanse my face I first wash with The Sanctuary Cleanser to really clean my skin without leaving it tight.

Step 2, Swipe over skin using Espa Balancing Herbal Spa Fresh Toner.

Step 3, Pat Gratiae Replenishing Eye Serum around eyes and massage in using fingers, I also use this great vibrating eye massager that I got from Amazon, its amazing at de-puffing my eyes in a morning.

Step 4, Massage in Espa 24 hour Balancing Moisturiser.

Step 5, Roller massage around eyes and face using my beautiful rose quartz face massager set, you can keep these in the fridge and it feels so refreshing.

Step 6, Apply the By Terry Brightening CC Serum in Sunny Flash which adds a bit of perfecting glow whilst nourishing my skin.

Step 7, Add a slick of lip balm and thats my routine done, usually I will wait a good half hour before applying any make up, this really lets all my products absorb properly. Sometimes throughout the day I’ll spritz with the Espa Balancing Herbal Spa Fresh Spritzer, you can spray this over make up just to freshen up and give a nice moisture boost.

Thanks for taking the time to read my skincare blog, I hope you’ve found it useful, I really would highly recommend the Espa range if your skin is like mine and can be a bit temperamental.
I would love to hear your thoughts and skin care tips so please feel free to leave a comment.
